We will be offering a 5 course plated dinner with wine pairings for each course (Regular Menu will not be available).

This is the 5pm Seating.

Event will be hosted by Certified Executive Chef Sean Flaherty and Certified Sommelier Jon Link.

The tasting will start with an Amuse Bouche, followed by the first course (Seafood), second course (soup), Intermezzo, third course (Ravioli), fourth course (Beef) and the fifth and final course (Chocolate). All courses will come with a wine pairing.

Please let us know when you register if there are any dietary restrictions in your party.

Wedding Tasting Event - 3/21/21

The Shadow Lake culinary team is led by Certified Executive Chef Sean Flaherty. All bride and grooms that make a deposit for their reception date is invited to our wedding open house and cocktail event where you will be able to sample the options that we offer from our wedding menu. Our culinary team will prepare samples of our hors d’ oeuvres, salads options and entrée selections for you and your significant other to sample. We will be offering complementary champagne for the bride and groom as well!

Our tasting event is hosted by our management team and staffed with our banquet captains and key bartenders so you’re able to ask questions and meet the team that will be behind the scenes the evening of your wedding. In addition to the Shadow Lake staff, area wedding professionals will also be in attendance with samples of optional upgrades and add-ons.

We hope this intimate event is not only informational but also fun! If you’d like to have members of your bridal party or parents attend, they’re more than welcome to join you at our standard rate of $20.00. One complementary tasting event per couple.
